Chris Lamprecht
Director
Chris Lamprecht is a public service professional with over 15 years of experience working across government, social services, and nonprofit sectors. Currently employed with Jefferson County, Chris brings a background in child welfare, community-based systems, and program implementation. His work focuses on supporting vulnerable youth and families through trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.
With a degree in Psychology from DePaul University and a concentration in Community Psychology, Chris has spent his career helping translate policy into meaningful impact for the youth and families he serves. His experience in both direct service and program-level work gives him a unique perspective on what effective and sustainable support looks like.
Chris joined SOAR because of his strong alignment with the organization’s mission to support youth experiencing adversity. His commitment is grounded in years of experience working with youth and families through community-based services, mentorship, and a belief that meaningful change is built through prevention, early intervention, and long-term support.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys strength training, spending time with friends, family, and his pets, and summiting Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks. He values teamwork, resilience, and community. These principles guide both his personal life and his service with SOAR.
