Kate Jones is a seasoned marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in marketing technology and IT services. She brings deep expertise in strategic planning and leadership, along with a lifelong commitment to youth development.
Kate has held senior leadership roles at global Fortune 500 technology firms and mid-size companies, where she leads marketing strategies that raise brand awareness, strengthen engagement, and drive growth. Her focus on effective planning helps ensure SOAR board priorities stay aligned and initiatives move forward.
Kate’s passion for youth development began as a teenager when she volunteered with Girls Inc., and saw firsthand the impact that mentorship can have on young people in helping them build confidence and life skills. While raising her two sons in Colorado, she continued to give back by volunteering in schools and youth sports, driving programs and fundraising initiatives that benefited kids and families. Today, serving on SOAR's Board is a natural extension of that lifelong belief: that every young person, no matter what they've been through, deserves someone in their corner.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the Colorado outdoors hiking, skiing and paddleboarding.
