Topher V.

Youth Mentor & Education Specialist

Topher is a Colorado native, born and raised in Littleton, and in addition to his work at SOAR he is a paralegal at Joseph & Hall, PC in Aurora. From 2010-2012, Topher lived and worked in the Dominican Republic as a Volunteer in the U.S. Peace Corps. He and his wife, a Dominican national and naturalized U.S. Citizen, remain active in development work in the Dominican Republic, specifically through Topher’s work on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization Friends of the Dominican Republic. Topher earned his bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Oregon, and his master’s degree in International Development from the University of Denver. In his free time, Topher enjoys exploring Denver’s growing food culture, and traveling with his wife and two sons. Topher is bilingual in Spanish and English.
